Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations, ensuring that all security protocols are effectively implemented and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to monitor security activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate scheduling and assignments to ensure adequate coverage of all assigned areas.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating appropriate response and resolution.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches, incidents, and complaints, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and maintain effective communication channels.
